Why should I use your company for my cleaning needs?
We are a family run business that has been serving the greater Victoria area. Family run means that we are more personal and responsive in addressing your needs rather than a large corporation.
Do we guarantee our work?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Our reputation rests on our ability to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed your expectations. We will follow-up with you after our visit to ensure that you are happy with the results.
Do I need to be at home while you are working on my residence?
It’s not necessary for you to be present during an exterior cleaning, but we do need to be able to remove screens from windows for cleaning. For interior work, it’s also not necessary, beyond providing access to our technicians. All of our staff that will be working on your home are insured and bonded.
How long does it take to clean my windows?
You can expect it to take approximately 2-4 hours, depending on the number of windows, whether it’s interior and/or exterior work and the number of stories of the building.
If it rains on the day of my scheduled cleaning, will you still come?
Rain will not affect the results of the cleaning; however, if weather conditions are present that may be hazardous to our crew then we will reschedule.
How are my gutters and eavestroughs cleaned?
We clean your gutters and eavestroughs by hand to ensure that all material is removed and that water is flowing freely. We also ensure that downspouts are not plugged and that the system is draining properly. All waste material is bagged up by our technicians and taken away to our facility for disposal.
Why don’t you use a pressure washer to clean my siding?
We DON’T use a pressure washer because:
- Water can be forced between the siding and walls causing problems with trapped moisture and the growth of mold
- It may strip off paint from older siding
- To remove difficult stains, nothing is more effective than just scrubbing
How often should my gutters be cleaned?
We recommend that gutters are cleared twice each year. Once in the fall to remove leaves and other debris that will have accumulated over the summer, and in the spring to remove waste that may have gathered over the winter. At the very minimum a fall cleaning is a must; plugged eavestroughs may allow the formation of an ice dam during winter which could damage your roof.
I would like to get an estimate to have cleaning done on my home. Do I have to be present during the process?
We can look at your home from the outside and provide you with a general estimate of the cost. We will give you a firm price before any work is undertaken.
How do I pay for your services?
We accept cash, cheque, visa or mastercard. If you are not at home when the work is completed, we will leave an invoice for the amount owing.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry our own liability insurance and are bonded.
Do you have the ability to clean multi-story building?
We clean both multi-story and single story buildings.
Do you pressure wash windows?
No, we hand wash windows as it provides a better result.
- We use a special cleaning solution to dissolve dirt
- A brush to wash and remove built up grime
- A squeegee to ensure a streak-free finish
This method provides the longest lasting shine.
Are you flexible in scheduling times for cleaning?
We will work with you to schedule a time that will minimize any disruption and is the least intrusive to your place of business.
